Brad Brennan has agreed terms on a new deal at North Wales Crusaders ahead of the 2020 season.

After gaining experience in League 1 and the Championship with the likes of Barrow Raiders, Batley Bulldogs, York City Knights, Hunslet and Coventry Bears, Brennan joined Crusaders ahead of the 2018 campaign.

In his first year with the club, the prop forward made 22 appearances, crossing for four tries in the process.

He was a regular in the side once again last season, making 21 appearances, and is now fast approaching the half century mark ahead of his third full campaign at North Wales.

Crusaders head coach Anthony Murray said: “We’re delighted that Brad has signed a new deal with the club.

“He worked really hard on his fitness last pre-season and I think that told in his performances in 2019.

“Brad always carries hard and offers a real danger when he’s close to the line.

“Our squad for 2020 is now starting to take shape and Brad is going to be an important part of that.”
