North Wales Crusaders are delighted to confirm the signing of Kenny Hughes from Oldham RLFC.
Hughes joined Oldham’s reserves from Super League outfit St. Helens before working his way through the ranks and into the Roughyeds’ first-team.
The hooker made his Oldham debut in 2013 against Rochdale Hornets, going on to make over 130 appearances for the club.
Signing a one-year deal with Crusaders, Hughes will link up with the squad for pre-season training next month.
On Hughes’ arrival, North Wales Crusaders head coach Anthony Murray said: “We’re delighted to have Kenny Hughes joining us for next season.
“He’s a quality addition to what is becoming a very solid squad, and I have no doubt that he’ll fit in really well with everyone here at Crusaders.”
