North Wales Crusaders have added a further name to their 2020 squad as Matt Reid has extended his stay at the club by another year.
Reid returned to Crusaders for a second spell ahead of 2019, having previously spent time at the club between 2013 and 2015.
After turning out for Coventry Bears and Oldham, the utility player opted for a switch back to Wrexham and has featured 43 times for the club in total to date.
On his new deal, Reid said: “I’m really looking forward to it.
“We’ve got some big holes to fill with the players who have left, but we’re building a really good squad with those we’ve brought in.
“I know both Kieran Sherratt and Chris Barratt from my time at Coventry and they’re two great additions.
“We’ve learnt a lot of lessons from last year and we’ve got to be pushing for that top six in 2020.
“We just didn’t gel at the start of the season for whatever reason, but it all came together.
“I didn’t get myself properly fit until around May as I had a couple of injuries so I’m hoping for a clean bill of health next season.”
2020 season tickets are now on sale, with gold, silver and bronze packages available for both adults and concessions.
