North Wales Crusaders are delighted to announce the start of a new partnership with The Park in Colwyn Bay.
As The Park is only 400 metres away from Crusaders’ new home at Stadiwm ZipWorld, the club have moved quickly to set up a strong working business relationship with the pub, which plans to sell Wrexham Lager and Bootlegger 1974 in the near future.
With plenty of space inside and a large outdoor beer garden, The Park will be a great location for both home and away fans to visit on matchday once supporters are allowed back in Welsh stadiums.
Crusaders general manager Chris Bringau said: “We’ve found our new home in Colwyn Bay for our current fanbase and all the new supporters we’re looking to attract.
“The landlord, owner and staff have welcomed us with open arms.
“It’s everything we need and I’m sure our loyal supporters, who have been there for us throughout the pandemic, will love The Park as we can make it a club base in Colwyn Bay
“It’s situated only a short walk from the stadium and landlord Terry Lea and I have been working together to expand the pub and club brand.”
Lea added: “It’s fantastic to have the buzz back again.
“Everyone has been through a tough time and the local community have jumped on to the idea of a professional rugby league club using us as their base.
“We look forward to welcoming all fans back from Stadiwm ZipWorld once restrictions have been lifted.”
