North Wales Crusaders chief executive Andy Moulsdale can’t wait to welcome fans both old and new to Stadiwm ZipWorld on Sunday, with tickets selling well three days ahead of the League 1 clash.

On Sunday, Crusaders will bring a 497-day wait to end to play in front of home supporters and it’ll be the first fans have seen in Colwyn Bay.

500 supporters in total are able to visit Stadiwm ZipWorld and, with three days still to go until the match, hundreds of tickets have already been sold online to add to Crusaders’ loyal season ticket holders and sponsors.

With COVID-19 guidelines, all tickets must be purchased before matchday and online sales will end at 11.59pm on Saturday, July 3.

Moulsdale said: “The response we’ve had so far has been fantastic and it should be a great atmosphere on Sunday.

“I know all the lads and coaching staff are really excited to play in front of our fans at Stadiwm ZipWorld for the very first time.

“Our new home provides first-class facilities and we’ll have our usual Wrexham Lager bar set up for fans to enjoy a drink.

“We expect our remaining allocation of tickets to be snapped up over the coming days so I’d encourage people to get theirs as early as they can because we wouldn’t want any of our loyal supporters to miss out.

“We can’t thank you enough for your continued support during the pandemic and it’ll be brilliant to finally welcome you all to Stadiwm ZipWorld on Sunday.”
